Engr. Gregory Ojieh

Greg started out as maintenance engineer in Nigerian Breweries where he had an uninterrupted service from 1982 to 2007. He rose to become chief engineer of NB Plc’s then flagship Ibadan brewery from where he was appointed pioneer general manager of the company’s soft drinks business division. After retiring he spent 4 years as General Manager with Cadbury Nigeria Plc to turn its cocoa processing subsidiary (Stanmark Cocoa Processing Co, Ondo) from loss to profit making. It was the application of his extensive maintenance knowledge and skills that quickly improved machine availability and so plant capacity utilization leading to improved revenue generation and desired bottom line. Greg has extensive experience in cost effective maintenance planning and execution. He has many years on hands-on experience in the design, operation and maintenance of Steam/Boiler plants as well as Cooling installations inclusive of various types of condensers and compressors as well as chillers

Engr. Bayo Erinle
B.Eng (Mech). MBA, MNSE, COREN
Head of Operations
Bayo is a seasoned maintenance engineer who had a glistering career with Nigerian Breweries Plc. He was responsible for all maintenance planning activities in Ibadan brewery from 1992 to 199 after which he performed the role of Engineering services manager from 199 to 2002 for the entire company. In this role he had responsibility for company wide development and implementation of maintenance policies. Also he had responsibility of technical audit to ensure those policies are strictly adhered to for cost effective maintenance. He was also Packaging manager in Kaduna brewery from 2002 to 2006 with responsibility for operations and maintenance of the brewery’s bottling lines. He thus brings a robust experience that will benefit clients In addition Bayo has extensive experience in the Oil service industry where he worked with Cakasa as project manager for many years supervising the installation and commissioning of various process and storage vessels and transport systems

Chuks Osode
Head of Finance
Qualifying in 1988, Mr Osode has over twenty years of management, accounting, cost and financial management experiences in the oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, and power industries. The last 16 years has been at senior executive management level. He is highly experienced in accounting, cost management, financial management and project finance and is quite familiar with all aspects of contract and sub-contract laws, budget preparation and financial control as well as planning, allocation and procurement of resources and materials. In the course of his career he has been Financial Accountant, Commercial Manager and Finance Director. He has ability and experience to analyze project profitability and prepare comprehensive management reports highlighting those aspects which impact on project profitability, momentum as well as an ability to introduce financial and cost control methodologies to effect remediation actions necessary to ensure achievement of company’s/organisational objectives.

Muhammed Bello
Head of Business Development
A qualified Mechanical Engineer, Muhammed spent 7 years of his career as a Maintenance Engineer in Cadbury Nigeria Plc with responsibility for cooling installations. He went on to become SKF Technical Sales Representative responsible for sales of SKF product lines, installation and advisory services and special bearing solutions. From 2006 to 2020 Mohammed was Business Development manager for Cakasa Nigeria Limited where he helped in sourcing and providing technical support services for the following executed projects amongst others:

Joseph Abeh
Project Manager
FTC qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Joe has experience in operations and maintenance management in various industrial sectors of the Nigerian economy ranging from Refrigeration and Air-conditioning to steel pipe manufacturing, industrial gas production and palm oil milling. Joe is also an accomplished welder with experience in laying and welding of oil and gas transport pipelines. He was site installation engineer for the palm oil project in Delta state which was executed by him and Greg in 2014

Kunle Adeyemi
Project Manager
Kunle has over 15 years on the job experience in the repair and maintenance of cooling systems including Central Airconditioning systems and Blast freezers in fishing vessels as well as cold rooms. An accomplished technician with relevant certifications in Electrical Installation and Maintenance Practice, Kunle started out as a technician in Norman Industries Limited (a division of Mandilas Limited). After 5 years working mainly on various air-conditioning systems, he moved on to the fishing industry where he had responsibilities for the operations and maintenance of cooling systems in fishing vessels (including blast freezers) as well as cold storage rooms. From 2011 to 2018, he worked as a draughtsman in a design firm focused on the engineering ,design and installation of air-conditioning systems for public buildings and factories Kunle brings on board his rich experience and skills in design and management of cooling systems for the benefits of our clients
