Project Management
FASECO has the capability to manage small and medium sized projects for our clients from conceptualization to commissioning through a time critical sequence of deliverables.
We can also serve as your consultant on bigger projects to ensure you get value for money from suppliers and contractors be they turnkey projects or otherwise.
We will ensure project is executed in line with the pre-agreed scope and quality on time and at the approved cost without unnecessary variations in costs and scope
Medium sized projects that we can easily handle are the following amongst others:
- Palm Oil Mills of 20 tons per hour
- Beverage blending and packaging plant
- Fruit Juice production plant or line
- Bottled water production and Bottling plant or line
Small Projects include but not limited to:
- Dismantling and relocation of existing production lines or individual equipment
- Installation of individual equipment or machinery
- EPIC of water treatment plant
- Installation of cooling/refrigeration plant including evaporative condensers
- Heat exchangers
- Installation and commissioning of Steam Boilers/plant
- Building and installation of materials transport conveyors & systems
